Malbec Argentin

Château de Fesles
verre €6 (13cl)/ bout. €28*white wine - goes very well with fish in sauce, multiple grilled or cooked shellfish in a court-bouillon, or even white meats in sauce. Originally from Anjou, where it was cultivated by the monks of the Abbey of Saint-Maurs located between Angers and Saumur from the 6th century. Very nice taste balance, around a smooth and silky body. The aromatic complexity is expressed in dried fruits, elderberry and toasted bread.
Rose Argali - Puech Haut

Roséphare from Languedoc-Roussillon, the “Prestige” cuvée was renamed Argali from the 2019 vintage. A true reference in the region, Château Puech Haut is one of the most prominent properties in Languedoc. Pale pink, with fruity aromas of pomelo and exotic fruits.

By the end of the 12th century, the Moldavian wine industry had become a major sector of the economy of South-Eastern Europe.
Particularly fertile for growing the strongest grapes, the village of Purcari and the vineyards of the monastery of Agon Zograf are at the heart of this special region.
Recognizing the similarities of the soil and the climate with the Bordeaux region, the French settlers entered into partnerships with the monastery and began to cultivate the special crus of Purcari in the 18th century. Several decades later, after the business had become a profitable success, it was confirmed that the vineyards of Purcari are located at the same latitude as the famous French wine region, and like Bordeaux, the soil rich was high in rubidium (which gives the richness of the color of the wines from both regions).
Purcari wines are among the best wines in the world and have won numerous awards throughout time.
